Investing in gold has done wonders for us. We are finally back to where we were before everything tanked.

DebraK -- that's great!!!! We're almost there! Unfortunately, our house value went down again!!!! Course, our taxes went down -- all of $10.00 a month!!!! Value of home is 1/2 what it was worth when we bought it 5 yrs ago!

I am glad your investments are doing well. What I think of when I hear the price is going up is all the home robberies in the 70's when gold and silver went so high. My mom hid her sterling flatware and still hasn't found it! Of course, that has more to do with all the junk in her basement than anything! LOL.
