False but I did see my grandmother use one when I was very young. "She had no need for those new gadgets." and I need to go look up what a mangle is.

I had to look it up. From Wikipedia
mangle (as it is called in the United Kingdom) or wringer (as it is called in the United States) is a mechanical laundry aid consisting of two rollers in a sturdy frame, connected by cogs and, in its home version, powered by a hand crank or electrically.

Yes I have milked a cow and a goat too I wasn't very good at it good thing my family wasnt depending on me for the milk they would have staved to death hahahah

The person below me has fired a gun (hopefully for target practice)

No a mangle is an ironer...(is that a word?) It's a floor model, electric machine that has 1 roller and a curved metal piece that heats up and irons your items as they roll thru between the roller and the hot metal piece. Lol...is that clear as mud? I have my mother's...I think it was made in the 1950's. I can post a picture if anyone would like. I remember I used to get to "iron" all the hankies and pillow cases. Mom was very good at it and actually ironed our dresses and shirts, everything.

Yes true I have made candles...novelty ones back in the late sixties, early seventies. Turtles, ducks, and peace signs...etc.

The person below me has used a treadle machine...before they became popular.

Nope, never have. I liked to pedal my gran's treadle when I was a kid, but it wasn't hooked up to the machine anymore, she'd had a motor added.

False, although I lived in a house that still had one built into the kitchen, along with a cute little door that opened to the outside for the ice man to deliver the blocks through. The cats loved it!

The person below me still has (and uses) an old rotary-dial phone.

True it's a new thing for me though I have a regular tree with all the family ornaments that go on the tree every year, a tree in my kitchen with vintage kitchen stuff and one in the guest bath room with vintage ornaments and pearls it's very feminine. This coming year I may do a 4th one in the guest room of all ornaments we collect when we travel.
