Default What a sight!

I'm sitting here in my recliner, computer on my lap and a kitten draped across my shoulder sucking on my ear. I started laughing about how silly this must look! This is the kitten that was being drug across the lawn by a big male cat - poor kitty had bite wounds in his side, head and foot. The wounds got infected so it was a trip to the vet but now he is just fine. Obviously he considers me his mom! When he gets tired he climbs into my lap and latches onto my ear until he falls asleep. His name is Oh No. (Those were my first words when I saw him laying in the grass.)

Cute, cute story!! Thanks for my 1st laugh of the day!!! We can't get much done (if we're doing anything) with them in our laps. When I'm at my computer & desk, 1 is on a shelf to my left, another on top of desk to my left (he likes to get between me & the keyboard, so I shove him to left) but eventually, they move on.... Love those kitties!!!!

I am the proud kitty grandma to six furbabies.....yes, SIX! You see, my youngest daughter is a veterinary technician and brings home all those who were to be put down for no reason other than their owners no longer wanted them. Sadly, this happens a lot.

What a lucky kitty Oh-No is! We have 3 kitties and I just can't imagine not having a cat in the house. My three are my shadow. They are never more than a few feet from me, no matter where I am at in the house. When I come home from work or errands, they are all 3 waiting at the front door for their Mommy to come home. LOL!!

Yes, very lucky guy, the toms have their own agenda with a not so happy ending.
We have two kitties, my DH had never had cats before me, now he loves them, says he would have had cats all along if he’d known how special they were. Who knew??

I would so love to have a cat, but everyone in my house is allergic to them. Enjoy them!

We had to have our 17 year old siamese TK put down a few months ago and still miss him. We have his wife, 18 here and I told DH we could not have another kitten while we had her. Then yesterday we had to put down a stray we have had since 2002, a 70lb mostly golden, he could not stand up long enough to walk more than a few feet. Lots of RT's, one cat, one younger golden and a horse, think we have enough, but how we are loved. They are all special.
