Default Gauze for baby blankets

I am going to be a great-grandma and am sewing up a storm! I would like to make some receiving blankets in double gauze. Also interested in those baby carrier things made of double knit. Any ideas where I can order these fabrics.
TIA

Fabric.com has the double gauze. They also have a lot of knits, but I'm not sure what would be useful for baby carriers.

Just a comment about fabric.com. I ordered from them for the first time a few weeks ago (wide backings). I must say I was very impressed. The fabrics arrived looking exactly like what was on my computer monitor (my greatest fear of online shopping); fabric quality was excellent; price was great. Had my order in 2-3 days vs the 5-7 that was originally stated in their order confirmation.

I'm considering order some other non-quilting fabric from them as well as soon as I get some other projects completed.

It is a heavier (thicker) gauze which is very stretchy. It is used to make swaddle blankets and even some lightweight blouses.

I visited MSQC late last year and they had a large selection of the double gauze—-really cute prints. Have fun being a ggm.

I found some really nice double gauze at Wally World... and cheap too. I made swaddle blankets/nursing covers out of them, for my daughter and DIL. Also burp cloths. The young mamas really love this gauze.
