I have a free Redbox movie code to use for my birthday. Any one have a recommendation. We do not go out to movies much..so few seem to be worth the money! I know sex and violence sells, but for me, not so much!

don't know if you are looking for new movies or old, we just watched Marty (from the 50's) with Ernest Borgnine. What a great story, good acting, and it won 4 Oscars.

Secretariat has been showing on Dish recently. Love Diane Lane in it. Great movie for all ages.

Happy Birthday!

watch the Harry Potter movies, in order. Pick your favorite actor (Robert Redford), or go to IMBD movie database to research oldies but goodies, for example, search for Charlie Chaplin or Jane Fonda, or Hugh what's his name....

"Dr. Zhivago" if you want vintage. I can watch that anytime.

My vote for recent is "Secretariat" - I went to see that 3 times at the theater - wonderful, well made and clean entertainment.

I recently watched Burlesque with Cher. It does a good job of showing what the old shows like that were and I love musicals. If you like drama the Lincoln Lawyer was quite good also.

i'd like to suggest The King's Speech. I just love anything with Colin Firth.
