Actually, My mother, age 95, remembers that time with the King and Wallace Simpson and his speech problem. It was very similar to my father's stutter. So that show made it even more informative for me. Also my father was left handed and had to change to right handed and that's when he started to stutter. Just some totally uninteresting information here. Edie

A great uplifting movie is "I am Sam", or "The Other Sister".

I'll add a recommendation for The King's Speech. Also Red with Helen Mirren and Bruce Willis. Have you seen The Queen with Helen Mirren? I thought that one was good. Anything with Peter O'Toole such as The Lion in Winter and Becket.
Then, there's always Mr. Roberts (one of my all time favorites.) Some of the Harry Potter movies are good; others (like the last one) not so hot. Watch them in order. Anyone seen the latest Harry Potter?

I would also recommend "The King's Speech". It is based on a true story and is a treasure.
