Is anybody on this diet? How is it going? Any tips or advise?
My hubby and I are thinking of starting this one.
Thanks.

This diet was on Dr. Phil with the doctor who came up with it.
Supposely you change your eating every 17 days to trick you body and you keep on losing.

My neighbor is on it. She's finished with first 17 day cycle and has lost 8 1/2 lbs. I'm checking out the book!

DH is doing the Biggest Loser at work so we definately have changed our eating habits here at home. No more big starchy meals, no fried, more salads & veggies is what we are doing. And we are loosing! So I'm happy

I have heard of it. The Dr. shows have been raving about it. The book can not be bought at book stores, it has to be ordered on line. Book is rather pricey but sure would like to know more about it.
