Default Embroidery machine

Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening?

Did you rethread? Change needles? Clean out the bobbin case? Is the bobbin thread wound properly? What machine is this?

Yes I cleaned machine. It's a brother-- problems resolved. The cutter just needed to be pushed back!

Might be wrong size bobbin looks like too tall. I have made the mistake if putting 15 in a 66 made the same mess

When cleaning your bobbin case, remove the bobbin case then then take the BACK plate off and clean. When assembling it back together, put the BACK plate on 1st, then the front. This advise comes from a brother tech that really helped me. No more problems after I tried it!
