Did you already cook them? If so, it may be difficult to rescue them.

Some tips for next time.

Peeling new eggs

Another one. I like the egg cooked a little more than these.

Good luck!

I have a plastic jar big enough to hold a few eggs, put some cold water in with the eggs and shake. Makes peeling eggs a lot easier!

For the future deviled eggs in your life, buy an egg cooker. Even fresh eggs will peel easily. I bought one because I never had two week old eggs on hand when the mood for deviled eggs struck me. (Old eggs will peel easily when hard boiled in a pot, fresh eggs won't.)

I never have problems peeling hard boiled eggs. Boil them, then as soon as they are done dump them in the sink. Rinse the eggs & pan with cold water to cool them down so you don't burn your fingers. Crack the shells all the way around. I just bang them on the sink & press them with my fingers, while still running cold water on them. Put them back in the pan & cover them with cold water. Peel them while they are still warm. The key is to get water under the membrane, so the shells will easily come off.

I agree with Feather3, done this way I have no problem getting perfectly peeled eggs.

Using real fresh eggs never works for me, just don't peel well.

Agree with this. Whenever I meet another Instant Pot owner the first thing they say is they can't believe how easily eggs peel with just about no effort. I have three Instant Pots. I use them for all kinds of things. I do not have shares in the Instant Pot company!

I've heard that putting a lemon in the pot when boiling eggs somehow makes them peel like magic.
