I wrote HGTV last week requesting a quilting show just like many of you did. I got an email today from HGTV (my first one ever from them) offering me a Home and Landscaping program for the computer for just $39.99 (shipping 20% off). They didn't mention anything about a quilting show. But I think I'll probably now get regular emails with "special offers" like this one. So I don't think anyone at HGTV was listening to our request.

At least you let them know what you want to see. Maybe it would be better to write to the DIY network if you have them. I was once told each letter represents about 10,000 people, because the average individual does not write. So if more us would do it, we have a better chance of getting what we want for programs.

there should be an "unsubscribe" somewhere near the bottom of your email if you don't want to continue to receive them

I wrote to them, too, and did not get any reply back from any real people, just a real quick computer generated response.

Sent e-mail to HGTV asking for more sewing and quilting programs. Got the auto reply. But they did say go to the MESSAGE BOARD. So let us start visiting the Hgtv Message Board. Maybe that will get to the right ears.
