It's cool, and the feeling of fall is in the air this morning. Most of the fires in our immediate area are under control, although several are still raging in nearby counties. But there's still no sign of rain in the forecast, so the danger of fire is great. Praying for rain soon.

Rain....it won't stop here in the East. Hoping some comes your way very soon. Those fires are scarey.

Haven't had any significant rain lately. Keeping an eye out on weather.com - today they are predicting chance of rain about a week out, but we all know how things change between now & then.

Just praying, hoping, wishing for a nice gentle tropical depression to wander through the state.

Definitely cooler here for the moment and we are getting a nice, steady, gentle rain all day yesterday and today. Praying for all of you Texans that you will get relief from the fires and dry conditions soon!
