i hear voices talking to each other sometimes on my computer. with clicking like on a mike. just said "have you heard any more about them.... (something)." 10-4 also. hmmmm. wonder who it is? the sound does't get louder if i change the volumn on my speaker. it is coming from one speaker though. very odd and irritating!!

Sounds like someone with a ham radio is broadcasting too strongly. Have you noticed any large antennas near you? It could be several blocks away.

I can guarantee it's a ham or cb operator. My husband work/run many cb radios and has been known to interfere with telephones, televisions, radios, speakers...

Because if this he restricts his "Loud" radios to after 11 pm. Look in your area, there is an antenna somewhere. When you find it, knock on the door. In my experience these people are very nice and want to be good neighbors.

Good Luck

I live in a rural area and I just don't worry about it when it happens.

there is a tall antenna across the street a bit but for t.v. and my next door neighbor talks outside on his cell phone. oh well, it seems nothing i can do about it. just wish i could turn them down, even though they really aren't loud.
