A rag quilt that Judy Muche, of The Quilt Cabinet (I think that's the name), made out of Mike Rowe's old jeans auctioned off for $9000.00! She also made key fobs, aprons, etc. All of the proceeds go to his foundation.

Lynnie - Mike is the guy on "Dirty Jobs" and "Somebody's Got To Do It". He also provides the Narative for "Deadliest Catch". I may be off on some of the titles a bit but they are close.

I saw this on Facebook and Mike showed all the projects that Judy M. made with his old jeans. Mike used to be on QVC way back in their early days. He was so funny and I hated it when he left. He was on "Dirty Jobs" for a long time and someone on FB said that he is on a show on CNN that is similar to Dirty Jobs...she thinks the show airs on Thursday evening but is not positive. Anyway, glad to hear about his scholarship foundation and that auctioning off the quilt from his jeans made so much money. Good for all of them!
