We were suppose to get less than a half an inch but it poured for almost an hour yesterday evening. Got up this morning and it is sunny and everything looks so nice and fresh. We are suppose to get more tonight, like a 50% chance, I hope so.

Raining here in Virginia....welcome rain! The edge leaves on the roadside trees have been turning an ugly brown as it has been so dry. Wonder if there will be color at all later?

We're getting rain here today..

Earlier this month we had what felt like a week solid of gray skies and rain. That was a bit much even for me... and I love the sound and smell of rain!
