I went on low dose birth control to get mine under control. I stayed on it for two years and when I went off all those nasty problems were gone.

Mine lasted about 18 months really bad.. now they are just occasionally.. but if you take hormone replacement it helps

Hmmm, have you thought about Bio-identical hormones? If you are interested you'll need to see a Naturepath. It is rough though !

Ginger capsules will also help with hot flashes. Start with 2 capsules. I wouldn't take more than 3 and don't take very much asprin when you're taking ginger because it's also a blood thinner.
