OMG....I think I am suffering from some sort of weird delayed heat stroke...I finnished cleaning the house!!! LOL never did get to the sewing room!
Going to have a 'wobblely pop' or two and try to recover!

Glad you all have had a smile or two at my adventure! Have a great weekend!

I usually clean on Friday but I had too many errands to do today and didn't get it done. Not to worry...it isn't as though any one else will beat me to it.

I have a saying that "My house is clean enough to be healthy, and dirty enough to be happy". I live by that rule!

My mother used to say "We'll get all the work done first and then we can relax together" and then one day my husband said to her "But all the work NEVER gets done, so why don't we take some time NOW to relax together!" I'm sure housework expands to occupy all the time you have available, so I gladly set a limit (usually 10 minutes per day LOL) and then do whatever helps me to relax.

O my!! Too funny!! After I finally stopping giggling thinking about watching the key disappear up the hose I thought, he must have known that key was loose. If he was my dh I just might have left the vacuum cleaner for him to fish it out if we wanted it back!!!

I have a sign:

Welcome to our happy home.
Come in, sit down, converse.
It doesn't always look like this,
Sometimes it's even WORSE!

That being said, if it gets done around here, William's usually the one doing it! ;)

I agree.

The saying goes "Housework if done right will kill you!" I don't want to take the chance.

I'll quilt and let someone else do it that does a good job and doesn't mind it.:)
