After 6 months of back & leg pain, I finally know what's wrong! I have a bulging disc. Not the best news but I'm just excited to know what's actually wrong. Now maybe I can get fixed. :D

Is it really low? Mine is lumbar 4&5 basicly it's so low in the back it's a pain in the arse!! Stretching exercises help. Lots of sitting doesn't. When standing for a long period of time, find something to prop one foot on, it takes the strain off your back.

Hope you get to feeling better. Back pain can sometimes be helped by arching your back while sitting.

Well this has been going for 6 months now. First Dr did nothing to help. Now I have to go see a neurologist. Hopefully she can fix me. Hope I don't have to have surgery but I sure would like to be able to use my longarm without crying. For that matter, I would like to be able to sit and sew without cringing. It sure has put a cramp in my sewing! Stupid back & leg!
