How cute!

Do be careful, though. My sister used to live with us, and she'd opened the dryer door one morning to get a work shirt out. She left the dryer door open while she went to the bathroom to put her shirt on. She saw that the shirt was wrinkled, so she tossed the shirt back into the dryer to knock the wrinkles out, started the dryer to running, and went back to the bathroom.

Luckily she noticed the dryer was making a WHUMPING sound, and she went to see what was wrong. She opened the door, and a very frazzled (but fortunately unhurt) kitty came streaking out!

I think they both learned a lesson that day ... for her to LOOK in the dryer before starting it ... and the cat learned that dryer doesn't make a good place for a nap!

Precious kitty. Cute face.

When I load my dishwasher, my Sam always has his head in there trying to get whatever he could from the dirty dishes. One day, he was stretching to reach a crumb or something. His collar got hooked on the dishwasher rack. He pulled so hard, he pulled the entire bottom rack of dirty dishes completely out of the washer. It crashed and made a horrible noise. Broken dishes everywhere. The more he pulled the more the dishwasher rack came after him. He thought the devil himself was getting him. He got to the entrance to the dining room and the rack wouldn't fit through the doorway and dislodged itself. It was over a year before Sam would ever go near the dishwasher again.
