I've been known to stay awake reading into the early morning hours. Nothing like a good mystery to keep me reading.

I don't have a sports bone in my body but I have stayed up to watch local and national voting outcomes, finish a good book, or just to think.

I, like onebyone, have stayed up thru the nite occasionally, but not for a sports event!

I did see the girls hockey, so happy for them!! What neat bunch of girls!! I missed the Ice skating Gold medal winners performance stayed up to watch that. must have dozed off long enough to miss both Russian girls skate, woke up just in time to hear the Gold medal winner won by 1 point. The announcers were giving these girls wonderful high praises, makes me I'm appreciate youtube. It was awesome to watch the American women win the Gold in Cross country skiing-a first! I'd like to get a Gold or a Silver or a Bronze in Binding someday.

One of the advantages of living in the west is most events start at 8pm et, but that's 6 in mountain time. I really enjoyed the game & got a good nights sleep.

So sorry I missed it. I did not know it was on. I'm so happy the girls won.

Jo Ann B (#15), Binding. What is Binding? Have never heard of it. I assume it is an Olympic event. Are you presently in training and competing for this event? Please tell us more so we can cheer you on.

Incredible game down to the very end! Yes, I was up watching also!

I am also looking forward to the men's curling match - possible first ever gold medal there.
