I was just wondering if I could get in trouble if I use my accuquilt die to cut out appliques and sold them? I just know with all the copy right jargen and stuff I dont want to break any rules. And dont you think they would sell better if I but heat bond on them when I cut them? Just a idea.

Not only would they be easier to use with a bonding material on the back, they probably cut more smoothly, too.
At least one other QB member has sold cut-outs, but I don't know which machine she uses. Does the website for the manufacturer offer any help in knowing the limits of use?

I would consider buying them with heat and bond, but not without it :D:D:D

I can't imagine that you would be violating any copyright laws by selling appliques cut with your Accuquilt.

Appliques are sold on the internet all the time, some laser cut, some cut by a cutting system like yours, or cut with scissors by hand.

Adhere the fusible web to the fabric before cutting. Fusible appliques will sell better than non-fusible.

It is possible that you will VOID your warranty if you use your Accuquilt for business purposes as opposed to only using it for personal use. You might want to check your documentation.

Good luck.

Could you just send accuquilt an e-mail and ask them. Might resolve the problem you're facing. Just a suggestion. I always go to the source for my info.
Good luck.
