hes a cross between an alaskan mulamute and a shepherd. but you see i'm new at quilting and it does't help. lol :lol:

Wow!! My dog is a german shepherd malamute mix too!! But she went more toward the shepherd coloring. She weighs about 95lb.

Here is her picture trying to curl up in a too small dog bed my brother bought for her on line.

Oh, dogs are helpers, too...mine is a 110 pound yellow lab, 3 years old. Several years ago she found the end of a strip of binding I had folded and was ready to start sewing on a quilt. I went downstairs for a few minutes and here she comes, just as proud of herself as can be, with the end of the binding. She had it streaming down the hall, down the stairs, through the dining room and into the kitchen. I very carefully took it from her, fearing she'd start running in circles and have both of us twisted up in it. She has matured now, and usually just lays by my side in the sewing room.
