great bags. I was married on the 18th of jan In Illinois. It was a bright sunny day and not too cold. My mother thought the same they no one gets married in Jan but we did... that was 44 years ago on the 18th...

Beautiful bags.They will love them and I hope you are pleasantly surprised with their enthusiasm! We married on Dec. 19 in northwestern PA and it RAINED! That was 42 years ago. I was student teaching, and he had to use his vacation time or lose it, so it made sense then, but we hardly ever have a real anniversary celebration. His niece was married on New Year's Eve!

Lovely bags ! Maybe they should have picked this upcoming week end (Jan. 12th) since they are predicting temps. of +12 & maybe even +15 degrees celsius (this is about +60 degrees in Farenheit) which is way above normal for this time of year in Toronto.

They are gorgeous and crawly silk. You deserve extra kudos! She will love them, I hope they understand how hard you worked on them. You really made some nice gifts!... Hope it is a wonderful day for them.

I love the bags. I laughed at your comment about the wedding in January. A dear friend was married in Toronto in April 55 years ago and she had to be carried into the church because of the snow--feet of it everywhere.
