I did too much and set off my fibro-my everything hurts again.I usually pace myself-but did way too much this weekend and am paying the price today-hoping tomorrow will be better.

Sometimes we over do something that we love to do. The problem is the price we pay later. Hope you feel better and just take it easy for a day or two.
