I drank DIET soda up to about 3 months ago and quit, and lost 30 pounds as well. I will never drink another soda of any kind, but that video cinches it for me! I think they are addictive too.

I drink very little soda, but I am with Gale, try not to hold it in your mouth for a year and you should be okay. Everything in moderation is the answer.

Our dentist told my husband to use a straw when he drinks his Mt Dew. It helps lower the exposure of acid to your teeth apparently. But, you know what is most disturbing to me... why isn't that a moldy cruddy mess?
