Yes, my DH has been really bothered (every 3 months) with those stones. Since he started drinking one coke daily ( 1 year)he has not had a stone.

First of all I don't believe everything that is on the internet. Who would be able to hold any soda in their mouth for a year? I'm betting not many, at sometime you would have to eat or swallow. Just me.

My son's chemistry class put an egg in something (I'm thinking vinegar) and the shell was gone overnight. I'll have to try to remember to ask.

it is vinegar that disolves an egg shell over night - we do it at school in chemistry regularly. Coke acid is NO WHERE near as strong and as it passes through our system fairly quickly and we dont soak our teeth in coke it shouldnt have any bad effects really!

My Dad was told to stick with coffee instead of coke ,when he had stomach problems.
I've always told our DDs to read, read read food labels. If I can't pronounce the chemicals, no way I want to set them.A loaf of bread reads like a chemical project.

Duh! Check the food value of many processed food and you will find very little or none. Read labels.

Well I am a soda drinker and diet coke to boot! I could be doing alot worse things for my body than drinking a coke! I think everyone has their vices and coke is one of mine. :)

Glad I am a tea drinker!
