Good job!

I took a class years ago and really enjoyed it.
Haven't done it in so long I'd probably just make a big mess if I tried anything fancy now.

Great start. I did that in the 80's and then did do much for a long time. I moved to a rural are of Louisiana and the locals found out I can do cakes soooooo Sometimes I have more work than I want. Other times it's slow (that is good for my quilting time). It is a fun hobby:)

She showed us a trick for making the icing a little smoother but I tried several things and everything stuck to it. i'll find out next week. They tell you to practice. Geez how many cakes can we eat before next week. I'll be freezing them.
