I so happy for you!! I am a newly retired teacher and I miss teaching writing. I am glad that your hard work finally paid off.

Congratulations!!! A friend of mine just had her second book published. She writes young adult fantasy kindof. We used to refer to her a STBFA Stef, but now she is our PUBLISHED Author Stef. Her second book just came out about two weeks ago, and it is as good as her first, but I think better. I have bought copies and had her sign them for me and I have put them away for someday. Someday when I have a granddaughter she might enjoy them. And with her talent they may be really worth something years down the road.

We were all laughing because of her covers. Both covers have young girls in their Renaissance underwear. But of course the people doing the photos, etc., don't know that. But Stef and her husband are really into the Ren Fairs. Se says that she can't sew - yeah right - but she makes all of their costumes without patterns. Including a corset with boning, lots of embellishments, leather work. I am just in awe of her skills - sewing and writing.

Congratulations, as someone else here said this moves you from being a writer to being an author, no small feat.
