This seems to be a particular breed of chicken.....the laughing is so funny!!. There are several other videos with this one featuring the laughing chickens.........Enjoy...I sure did!!!

Boy, I dunno.... I think someone was pulling your leg. It sounded to both me and DH like someone had done a voiceover for the chicken. Does anyone have any first-hand knowledge of these chickens?

Ditter is right, there are several videos of laughing chickens on you tube. And if you google the name "laughing chicken", several links appear.
