Congratulations!

There are the most adorable little girl patterns for clothing at Portabellopixie and other related site. Ruffles, ruffles!

Oh, what fun Machel! I began crocheting an afghan as soon as I found out my first and only blood granddaughter was coming. The kids wouldn't tell me girl or boy so I made two crocheted ribbons to weave through it. I know how wonderful that feeling is. I made her two quilts, sleepers, bibs, new outfits after she was born. Oh what fun I had.

Enjoy the time and the shopping! It's the best feeling in the world!
Hugs,
Sharon

Oh my goodness--what fun!! What pattern are you planning? Won't she need a new quilt every six months as she grows?
:D
I can't wait till it's my turn--but it'd better be a few more years.

That's Great, Machel! Of course, you wouldn't have sent it back if it was a boy! \
Little girl hair ribbons, and frilly dresses....Here you come!
