Do you remember getting free dishes in laundry soap? My mom collected a whole dinner set for 4 this way.

We used to get glassware in Quaker Oats -- and plastic "pop" beads on top of our milk bottles that were delivered to the house each morning....

I remember the towels from the detergent. I loved the floral print and each month it was a different color.

We used to get Goblets with our admission to the movie theater! But then, wages were pretty sorry!

For prom one year the school rented the whole drive in movie theater and we went to the drive in as part of our prom activities.'

When I was 14 I was asked if I wanted to work at the A & W drive-in but I was too shy to do that. We went to the A & W after church every Sun night in the summer time for root beer floats.

We still have a record player and a vinyl collection that goes with it. DH even has a reel-to-reel.
