I agree with you Jan. My sewing machine and cutting table are in my livingroom. Took out the kitchen table for my used Tin Lizzie and frame. My guestroom is so full of my stash in bins that company can probably find the bed. It's my house and I'll use it as I please.

You are all girls after my heart. My spare bedroom is now my fabric storage room, I quilt in the living room so I can watch TV and spend time with DH and the dining room table has more than one WIP (or UFO) which ever you want to call it. ;) Anyway, I am three years away from retiring, DH is retired, the kids are all grown.....so I figured I would rather quilt than spend time picking up the clutter all the time. When it starts to take over, DH and I break away from our fun projects and spend time doing the deep clean thing, then we go back to the fun stuff. We figure we deserve it.

OH MY!!!

There should be support groups for women who can't put their dishes in the dishwasher dirty.

I love Maxine. She doesn't waste life on things that aren't important.

Well I'd gladly come to VA to visit you! I love Maxine and I'd love to sit and sew with you. I'd even bring my own chair and some snacks.
