Ok, I'm pretty computer literate, but I can't for the life of me create a nice signature block. I created text in Word and tried to cut and paste it, but it reverts back to times new roman - blah!

I notice so many creative signature blocks - how do you do it.

Sorry if this is a dumb question

There are a large number of threads here with step by step instructions. Just search on SIGNATURE and you find lots of info. You need to use a signature-building website to generate the code to use in your profile. Cut/paste won't work for it.

Follow this link to the live signature site. It is pretty easy I just did it myself. First step is to enter your name or what you want your signature to look like. It will then generate several (over a hundred) different looks. Then once you choose what you like you have the option to make it slant ect. Once you are done you need to check the box that says generate BB code. Copy and paste that code into the signature line on your profile page. And Walla you have a cool signature. Hope this helps. When you get to the "select color" page - you can click on Transparent if you don't want the block around your signature to show. Then you can click inside the box where it shows #0000 or something like that, then click on the color strip on the color you want, then just go to the next step. Your color should be selected.
