I think these jeans are really ugly. The young kids (that have no taste) will wear them because the are different. REALLY different. Sales of normal jeans must be slowing down so they create something different to boost sales?????

Anything for $$$$$....and I'll bet there are many who will rush to get them! I shake my head in disbelief at some of the bizarreness of today's women's fashions...in all catagories......and yet men will always wear suits and dockers!

Actually, those are really dumb, since they have vinyl knees. Saw those the other day on the web. In the same vein, I went to Chico's the other day and saw that they were charging $89 for new torn, holey cropped jeans and $129 for torn, holey jeans with lace inserts behind the holes. Chico's calls them "destructed" jeans.

Stupid jeans. I have always refused to buy jeans with holes in them. When my girls were younger they sometimes wanted them. My DH has a closet full of jeans with holes in them. Maybe I could sell them to buy more fabric.

Have any of you noticed how few younger people, especially girls, are wearing jeans today. Many wear leggings for daily wear & dress. The companies couldn't come up with a new idea to draw them into buying jeans. So they figured all us middle aged ladies needed stretch jeans. UGHH!

I'm with the rest...if I want holes in my jeans I'll wear them out myself....and that vinyl OMG how insane. After a few times, of wearing them, the vinyl will rip out at the seams & then what? There went $90 plus dollars. Oh wait...I bet they figure out the knee now needs a tattoo or pierced some other ridiculous thing to show thru the "window". Shessh.
