Laughed so hard I fell off my chair

My DD sent me this video link because we are both fans of the movie Amélie. I'm still laughing while I write this to share with you all. Why does it seem so much more philosophical in French?

Oh what a wonderful moment of foolishness. I know my cat appears to be thinking but I never considered that she may be considering her life's situation in ..... French.
