We have the sleep number, we each have the mattress at our own hardness. It was great when I was injured and wanted a soft cushy place and now I have it set to a higher number. We have had it for 7 or 8 years now and its' like brand new

I have a Select Comfort which is great if you and your husband desire different degrees of firmness or softness. Our biggest complaint about it is we tend to cuddle and hold each other so we end up in the middle of the bed between the 2 air chambers. You don't actually fall in, because their is a seperate matress before you get to the air chamber part, but it cuts down on your comfort level.

I have a memory foam overlay that I bought 1/2 price at kohls. When my bull dog was young he peed on it so I threw it out . After two days without it I was buying another one I love the overlay/topper . When I can afford a new mattress I hope to be able to get one of these. I also use a memoryfoam curved pillow,I have neck problems/bad disc etc,iyt has made a world of diffrence.

We put a 3 inch memory foam pad on our mattress. I love it. I never noticed an odor. I don't like the memory foam pillows at all..but the memory foam 2 in 1 pillow is great. It is foam on one side and fiber on the other. It doesn't mash up. Kohls have sales on their toppers and pillows about once a month.

I have the same one too. And the same issue plus my husband's side is a little softer, and he tends to sleep in the middle which leaves me with little room. We're talking of upgrading to a king. So I have my own space.

We bought my 2 kids each a full size and They love them. Daughter always had a sensitive back...not any more.
