Oh that's scary. Be careful, it could be ill and have rabies. One can't tell if the bat has bitten or not. like a mosquito bite. So watch out.

Yes, the bat had good taste in quilts.
I had one get caught in the lining of my jacket once. It was unclear which of us was more alarmed.

Lovely quilt! I like bats...from a distance...but not in my house! I lose all dignity and my reasoning goes in full panic mode. Congrats to you for getting it out without hurting yourself or it.
