Love your bunnies!. We've had 2 bats this summer, they always come flying in when I'm sleeping. They say just sit and wait until they land, its much easier to "bag" them then. I think ours came in the chimney which is wired now

One flew down the chimney in our house years ago and scared the daylight out of our Greyhound. Poor Jenny B came to me for protection :-)

Default literally, bats & quilts

Those things rank right up there with snakes as creatures I really, really dislike. I would have went flying out of the house and not went back until that creature was gone. Geez!!!

I was raised with a neighbor and his snakes and spent time at Carlsbad caverns NM and so like bats, very interesting critters. So happy you got it back outside, thank you for doing that. Quilt is adorable and I am sure he liked it too.

Awwww! I grew up with bats on the farm. They would come out at night and fly around our property. Though you do have to be careful with them, I'm glad you could catch and release safely. It knew that your beautiful quilt was the perfect place to roost!
