... Except that the stipulation on that particular pattern is that you can't use the pattern to make dresses to sell. You can make them for gifts or personal use, but not to sell. The pattern was made specifically for charity sewing.

Wonnie, I am donating these to a local church group that goes to South America and will take them for the little girls there. There are organizations that take home sewn dresses to little girls in Africa who have literally no clothing. They fall victim to predators. Once org. Very worthwhile!

Remember most of these kids are skinny, and will wear smaller sizes with longer lengths... like size 6 on top with a length of a size 8-10, for example.

I chose to line the bodice with a light muslin, rather than fool with all that bias tape. I found it quicker and easier. Just another option for you....

Nancy Ziemann also collects dresses for "Little Dresses for Africa", another organiation dressing girls. You can use Nancy's patterns or any other and send your dressed to Nancy.

Those are such cute dresses and 4 little girls are going to feel like a princess when they get these. Your kindness is overwhelming and thank you for your generosity. Would love to see the faces of these little girls when they are given this gift. You did a wonderful job.
