HOLY COW! $108.05 for 2 yards of that??? Someone must have either needed it desperately to finish a project, or a very heated bidding war was going on! Yikes!

Maybe some one had an unfinished project and didn't care what they had to pay for the fabric. I saw a fabric I wanted for the back of an orential type quilt I plan to make. Went back to buy it and it was gone. Have been serching for it for almost 2 years and finally found it at Joann's. Not where I originally saw it. I had been serching online and couldnot find it. It was when Joann had a good sale last month. Got it for 50% off. It was in 3 pieces but what the hey? I can sew it together!!! I was just glad to find it. The price was a bonus!

Let's hope the "winner" noticed the words "vintage style". Though it could be just plain old "auction fever"...where it's not all about what the item is at all.
