Wondering about the books folks are reading now. I read "Breakfast at Sally's" recently and really enjoyed it. also, "Dear John" was a good read. I just got a Nook and would like to hear about the books you are/or have been reading and possibly download them to my Nook.
Thanks.
Sandy

The Nook is Barnes and Nobles ereader. It has thousands of books for free; and I can also download best sellers for a minimal fee. Maybe you can do that with Kindle too. With the Nook I can loan or borrow books from other Kindle owners. That's what I've learned so far.

I've read "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" and it's a keeper....I highly recommend it for a fun, fast read.

I absolutely love Maeve Binchy. She's an author from Ireland and the way she describes things in her works enables me to "SEE" them in my head.

Very cool! I don't have Kindle but my son does. I love to download audio-books on my Ipod. Our library also has free downloads. It's awesome!!
Enjoy your Nook!!!!!!! :D
Thanks for the response, too!

I'm reading Sally Goldenbaum's Moon Spinners, cute little mystery, the first book in her series is Death by Cashmere, second Patterns in the Sand. She also has her Queen Bees Quilt mystery series. I also just bought Dorothea Benton Frank's new book Lowcountry Summer, her books are great, and Game Over by Fern Michaels, Fortunate Harbor by Emilie Richards.
