Fleece sleeveless sleepsacks that zip up are easy and great since blankets in the crib are a no-no now. Also I made a ton of crib sheets, super easy, flannel and fleece for winter and cotton or knits for summer. My children also used swaddles for their kids, basically a blanket with some Velcro. My son uses cloth diapers and wipes. They bought the diapers, such nice designs with the adjustable snaps, but they did ask for doubler inserts and wipes, another super easy project, turned out dozens of those for them.

I carry my babies until they hit about 16lbs in a Moby-like wrap. More like a simple baby sling. I make my own slings, using about 3 yards of fabric. Mine look like these: https://www.amazon.com/Beco-Baby-Car.../dp/B0182YMUMG . I buy these sling rings for it : https://www.amazon.com/Roo-Threads-P...7S33A3DT2&th=1 . I use quilting cotton. More breathable than knit I think.
