My friend used to make all sorts of funny faces and cross her eyes. I told her that the wind would change and her face would stay like that! That's what my dear Mummy used to say to us. Then one morning my friend woke up and looked in the mirror and she had palsey and her face had drooped. She fine now! But she said as soon as she saw her reflection she thought of me and my saying!!!

"I've got a good mind to . . . " I think my Mom and MIL both used to say that.
