Decided I'm a crabby woman when I don't get to sew. I have either had company, working on church projects or traveling to check on my 90 yr Mother since the middle of September. I need to sew for my sanity! So Monday I'm closing the door not answering the phone and my DH will have to fin for himself. Sewing machine here I come!!!!

I keep saying that and life keeps getting in the way. I know just what you mean about needing it for your sanity.

Just tell everyone before hand that you have an appointment, then maybe they won't bother you. I know the feeling I have the need to sew for my sanity. Good luck.

Girl, you need a sign with "Quilting Therapy in Session" to put on your door. My daughter has what she calls "retail therapy" and goes shopping, you need to sew!!!!!

I know how you feel. I've had to put away my sewing machine in preparation for a visit from my daughter and her family. Much as I'm looking forward to seeing them I'm sure missing my sewing.
