Default My daughter's wonderful gift!

My daughter has really filled me with joy (and made me teary too!)
She is a retired elementary teacher, and is writing a children's book about me. My nickname is "Bebe", and she says that she thinks I do many kind things. The book will probably have the title, "Bebe's Kindnesses." In the book every time I do a kindness a square is added to a quilt so that the quilt grows and grows!

I have never had such a tribute, and don't really have a lot of self-confidence about how people regard me. I am 84 years old, and still can't believe she is doing this!

What joy for an old lady!

Awwwwww, how sweet! You've raised her well by modeling kindness. Now she's blessing you and many others with kindness in the form of a book in which you are the star of the show!

A beautiful tribute to her mother and a beautiful picture book it will make. She must have caught some of that kindness!

What a lovely thing to do for a mother! You raised her well, and now it's payback time in the form of a wonderful tribute to your love and kindness!
