Avon has a great foot cream. Works well for me.

I used to use the pumice stone and the soaking in the tub. It helped some. What helped me most was after the shower rubbing, working it in, Burt's Bees coconut Foot Creme with Vitmain E and then putting cotton socks over them. Sleep with the socks on. Burt's Bees has another Foot Creme too with peppermint but that one seems to be no good.

Mine were that way also when I saw my dr. one time. He said to use a piece of sandpaper. Also the pumice, ect, other suggestion is a good one, which I also do.

I have one of the ped eggs, and LOVE it! I use it at least once a week in the winter, and follow it up with Gold Bond Ultimate Healing cream (very thick-looks like Crisco). It works so well that dh noticed and started using the ped egg on his own calloused tootsies!

:D
