    what a beautiful transformation of your chair. I cannot even imagine tackling a project such as that myself. Kudos!

    You did an excellent job ! This is an incredible amount of work. How do I know that ? Years ago, I reupholstered a couch.

    I did not take off the old fabric. Everything was in really great condition, so I just went over it.
