Congrats!

(My DH pulls a lot of 16 hour shifts, as forced OT....generally 7 days in a row, 8 hours a day, with 2 or 3 16 hours....rotating shifts of course.
He is living in dread of the next training, which is 4 months of M-F 8-4...he HATES that shift!! LOL)

My hubby works a 10 hour shift some days and 12 others, with some overtime thrown in, but he is 4 days on, 4 days off. THAT is a sweet gig. Take 4 days vacation and get 12 days off!

How exciting

Those shifts would have done me in long ago  I don't understand how companies expect people to work 10-12 or 16 hour shifts :hunf:

I agree Sharon B, I don't know how people can be efficient doing those hours, especially hospital staff. COngrats on you new shift CCOwl. good for you. It'll be an adjustment and then off you go..Enjoy
