Awesome. It didn't look red here-- just looked sort of brown, like a sugar cookie was rolled in cocoa powdre.

What a great photo and experience to see our red moon. Here in New England it was snowing so didn't even bother to try and get a peek!

Beautiful! It was snowing (lightly) here last night so we could not see it.

    Great shot!

Isn't it nice that the Earth and the Moon got together to celebrate my grandaughter's birthday.

I watched it and it was totally Awsome. I have never seen anything like that. The sky was clear, stars were sparkling and that big ol' moon was so bright. The eclipse started and the moon turned so red - beautiful! I had a hard time staying awake at work on Tuesday, but it was definitely worth it.

It's easy to see how earlier civilizations reacted to events like this with fear. If I didn't know what was causing the moon to turn red, I might think the end of the world was coming.

Thank you for the wonderful picture!

Thanks for sharing your picture with us. I was hoping to see it myself, but the sky was overcast here in Ohio.
