    Wink Myachi Sacks and more

My 8 year old grandsons had a wonderful day quilting. They literally sewed all day with only one 10 minute break to pogo down the block and back. They couldn't wait to get back to the sewing machines! First project - 2 myachi sacks (stuffed with sand) but then they discovered fiber fill and moved on to larger pillows. They've caught my addiction

What fun. I can just see them on the machine. Look how proud they are of themselves. You must be proud of them also, but that's what grandma's are for, right? Tell them for me that I think they are awesome. BrendaK

I had to look up Myachi sacks. Looks like a cheap way to entertain kids. And they can make their own.

What a riot! Who could believe from seeing their picture that those two little cuties could sit still that long!

They look like the type of boys I just love. I'll bet they really needed the pogo break. Great kids

My grandsons haven't wanted to quilt with me, but the 10-year-old loves to make Bread-In-Bag with me...when I'm not working! I told him next time he comes, we'll do the bread! (Unless Grandpa gets him outside on the tractor! )
When someone mentions quilting, I go to pieces!
