Default Help with Xmas decoration.

Have any of you ever made the Xmas decks using polystyren eggs covered with squares of folded fabric?

Yes, I have made at least 50 of them. I even took the size smaller and made mini ones.

verna2197 posted a photo of three ornaments I made her on April 17, 2015 on the April Secret Pal thread. I usually make a bunch and give them away in swap packages.

There is a you tube showing how to do this. I have made many of these ornaments and they all came out great. You can fold and iron your squares and do the rest while watching TV

Yes! They are so much fun to make. I made several with the family's favorite sports teams. The only thing about them is don't store them in a hot attic. The Styrofoam shrinks revealing some of the pins.

Here are some of mine. They aren't all completely finished. I have to wrap ribbon around some of the centers yet, and add a hanger. I did these while my husband was in the hospital and in a physical rehab facility for over 100 days. Needed to do something while sitting all day.
